turn signal, marker light???

turn signal, marker light??? alright i've been going thru this problem for months now...
with lights off:
marker lights are both fine, turn signals flash slowly- especially driver side
with lights on:
drivers side marker light half lit up
turn signal indicator on dash illuminated for drivers side
turn signal does not work at all to the left
my drivers headlight gear is also grinding...
so far i've replaced a bulb, socket, and just now a DRL module
what the hell is wrong with this damn car?...this has been my only complaint with this car so far, and it's really irritating
Any ideas? I'm Amish, so i don't know much about electricity...
