Voltmeter problem

Voltmeter problem ok well when i start my car the voltage is all the way up past the three quarter mark on the volt gauge, then after driving alittle bit and letting her warm up i notice the voltmeter jumps around some. it will go to 13 and jump up alittle while idling, then when i start moving it goes up and doesnt move around its close the three quarter mark when driving but drops at idle. could it be my system causing this or my new spark plug wires they are 10.5mm taylor wires. i have a new red top optima battery in and starts just fine no hesitation at all, i am gonna be getting a ASP underdrive pulley here soon should i get a overdrive alternator pulley aswell??

yeah i think its just all the **** i have on it, my system does hit hard and it started after i got it installed. i think the amp may be to little to supply the right power so it is draining power, its a 120 amp supplying a 10 inch JL. i think i should upgrade to a 500 watt amp.
