Oil Pressure?

Oil Pressure? well i previously asked about my oil pressure to see if it is about right... and at idle after its warmed up it sits about 50 psi... you get on it it'll go up to about 75 psi depending on how much i'm pushing the motor...
well the other day, for some reason the oil pressure was jumping probably from 45 and going back to 50 within seconds over and over again until i got on the gas and i havent seen it do it since, like you have your blinker on and your alternator needle kinda gets a little tweaky... what would this mean in your opinion?

What weight oil are you using? Synthetic or non-synthetic? Have you checked the oil level? 75PSI would be high, even if you're flooring it.
As for the fluctuation I'm not really sure. I suppose its possilbe that you have a bad oil pressure sensor/sending unit. Try a search in addition to this thread.
50PSI at idle and warm seems high as well.

ummm i put in mobile 1 sinthetic, although i was going to switch to a different kind, due to recomendations on this site... but i forget the brand

If the pressure is erratic like that, it could just be a bad gauge or sender. Perhaps double checking it against a different gauge (known to be accurate)?
