Fun with window motors!

Fun with window motors! Today I decided it was time to replace my drivers side window motor since it was effectively worthless. It took me 3 hours but its done!
I am just kind of happy since this is the first "challenging" (to me) repair I have attempted without anyone elses help and it was a success!
But it did leave me wondering who the hell designed these damn things! gotta drill the door to get the old ones out then you cant see where your putting the new one! It also left me wondering why I didnt wear gloves.... fiberglass shards hurt!!
