Window Motor Help

I just bought this window motor online and now I want to replace the driver side window motor. Does anybody know how to change out the motors. Ive noticed that the motor is attached to the rail. Do I have to remove the rail or is their another way. Is their a web site that can tell me how to fix it?

When factoring in the price of the new motor and the chances of screwing up, this is one of the few areas I'd pay someone $120 to come out and fix it.
