Default P0446 - What does this mean?

I got this code last night and i went to Autozone today to get it read, this is what it said: "The PCM has determined that a malfunction exists in the electrical circuit for the vent control in the evaporative emission control system." Then on the note pad they have it said something about a solenoid. I have absolutely no idea what it means, my best guess is something to do with the AIR System, but i removed that a year ago and had the codes deleted so im stumped. Does anybody know what it means? Thanks for any input

It's not the AIR, it's the evap system, that takes the vapors that evaporate from the gas in the tank and puts it into the engine, some solenoid somewhere is funked (happened to my car with 253 miles on it, had to drop the tank to change whatever it was that was wrong)
It might also be the gas cap, leaving it loose throws a code too

My 98 camaro just throw the same code last night too. Could it be something blocking the vent tube to cause the code. I tried retighting the gas cap and reseting the computer to make sure it was the gas cap but light never came off.
