Default Parasitic Load??????

Whenever i started my car up today, i noticed the ALL the lights were flashing very rapidly. My car has been under the cover for about 3 months and even before i put it up, it would do it after it had been sittin there for awhile. Now, whenever i will start it up after like shutting it off to go in to a gas station and get a soda, they wont flash, just whenever it has been sittin like over night. It fires right up everythime though, no hard or long crank or anything at all. After I run the car for about 10 minutes after startin er up, it will go away and be fine, just doe sit when it like sits over night or longer. Could this be a parasitic drain and they just flash for about 10 minutes at first because that it how long it is takin to charge the battery back up??? Anyone got any input on this??? I have read a TSB on our cars about parasitic drain.
