Default HELP Removal of Center console

Can't get the center console to get over the ebrake. How do you get the ebrake to go straight up?

you gotta pull the ebrake up as high as it will go and twist and tilt the console piece...i cant remember exactly how i did it but ive taken it off several times just be patient. if you have traction control, make sure to unplug that first so it gives you alittle more freedom to move as well as the light bulb that lights up the shifter gears if you have an auto

Got it, Thanks guys.

Now I'm having the trouble of pulling off the bellhousing. The starter stays on right? So it's only 8 bolts right?

Yep, starter stays in.... Don't forget the coupla bolts up at the top of the bell housing, easy to overlook, especially the one that you hafta get from the passenger side with a LONG extension and swivel socket after you remove the cross member and lower the tailshaft down....
