car wont start please help!

car wont start please help! I was hooking up a ignition on wire for my nitrous system. I found a spot in the left side dash fuse box.
anyway, i hit the switch, and blew the cluster fuse. Then, i went to start the car and the starter is not turning!
I checked ALL the fuses and swapped relays and still nothing! I disconnected the battery and hooked it up again and still nothing.
What could it be? ALL the fuses are OK.
