coolant leak

coolant leak small spots of coolant leaking...
after 9 hours parked at work, no problem
12 hours parked in garage, water trail follows it out.
new pump, pressure tested, no leaks?
radiator cap? clueless right now
not coming from heads, checked, and oil fine...

i had a small leak from the back of the water pump.it was very hard to find. i put on a new gasket and it was good to go. and like you said at first it would only leak sometimes. try to look around the water pump its not easy but you can spot it water leaves a stain where it leaks

elaborate don't know what to further explain !
been pressured tested...
coolant trail in center of car when pulling out of garage
shop looked at it after drive to work, and said it was dry
asking if it could be radiator cap, which was suggested by shop
no, if leak comes from center of car, has to be pump

any further input? I have a car that does'nt leak coolant...
so I guess it was an imaginery quarter gallon I put in ?
everything dry on top, coolant trail seems to be coming from mid engine...
am I the only one that has these stupid problems ?
