Default Plugs keep fouling???

So I bought a new motor (forged 347) and the plugs keep fouling? I have my air fuel ratio gauge hooked up and it shows im running pretty lean so im thinking without a tune there going to keep fouling. Im using NGK TR6 plugs for nitrous but have only hit it once just to see what it feels like on the new motor. The motor has around a 1000 miles on it so i havent really got hard on it except for that nitrous test. Is it a tune that i need that would help this out? Any help would be great.

Thanx

josh

It sounds like the plug is too cold. I'd also try switching tr55's.

I just put in a set of tr55s last night but its not firing right so im going to pull the plugs back out and look at it again. When putting the plug wires on does the end of the wires have to make that pop sound going onto the plug and to the coil to make that nice fit? If so i think i didnt hear the pop or suction go onto one of the plugs i think that might be my prob.
