Clanks on cold startups

Clanks on cold startups My car has a metal to metal clanking sound that comes from around the Bellhousing/Header area when it is at a cold idle, but as soon as i take it off idle it goes away. I couldn't find a place where the exhaust hits if thats it or anything loose. But I did just smoke the stall converter in the car and the noise started a week before the converter totally went out. Any suggestions would be helpful thanks.
