need horn help...

Might not be the contact in the wheel...those horns are "adjustable" via a screw that changes the resistance of each horn...eventually they get jacked up/out of whack...could be that. I tried to "adjust" mine once when they stopped working well...they became so non functional I cut them both off and switched to 80's dodge truck horns.

I just replaced the contacts. It worked better, but i was not satisfied.
The airbag hits the contacts, and the contacts hit the wheel when you press it.
I made little plastic spacers and stuck them with double sided tape, on the outside of the contacts. This makes a shorter distance between the contact, and now you dont have to press it so hard.
I didnt see any adjusting screw...

Screw is on the horn itself in the front left passenger nose area under the battery, accessed from below. There is a thread about that nearby by The Interceptor.
