what does a p1416 code mean and what are likely causes and fixes

 

Clogged passenger side air check valve, had the same code. Easy to change yourself, pick one up at your local parts store (GM PN is 12565503). It's the black valve between the metal pipe coming off the exhaust manifold that connects to the air hose, right above the #4 coil pack.
