Default Car Sputtering while at a stop

Hi, I have a 1998 Z28 Automatic and when im at a stop you know how when you lift of the brake the car will move forward by itself a little bit; well seems now when i lift of the brake it seems like it has trouble moving forward by itself now or like it has trouble catching gear? Also when Im going around 60mph and i lift of the gas it seems like it is slowing down alot faster then it should. Now I have an SLP loudmouth and cold air induction installed dont know if that has anything to do with it. Any ideas? THankyou
