Power Window Problem ( NOT MOTOR)

Power Window Problem ( NOT MOTOR) Well i installed a new motor beacause the other one died...for a day or two the window was fine moving up and down, but then one day when i was rolling up the window it got stuck, so i pulled up the window and hit the button at the same time, went up and then gets stuck again, so i do the same thing....
and when it goes down, it goes down then it drop a little bit, so i keep rolling it down then it drops again..??
The only thing i can think of is seems like a gear is striped or something..i duno
anyone have any input, and also anyway i can fix this?
