Door sag?

Door sag? Alright, my car has never had any, but I have noticed lately that my driverside door is sagging a bit, and doesn't close nice.
I am painting my whole car, besides the rear bumper, highrise, and roof, along with realighning the hood and fenders, and repairing some small damage on the fender/nose. While Im helping the guy do it, I am gonna mention it, but what do you guys think I could do about door sag? I know our doors are REALLY heavy and all, but I don't think that door sag is normal.
