I've been running GM synchromesh with out any problems. Only problem is you have to pay dealer prices.

Synchromesh is the best bet. Ignore the DEX III sticker on the case and throw the synchromesh in. It's one of the first things I changed in all my Tremec cars. It makes shifting smoother.
