What the hell is wrong with my car?

What the hell is wrong with my car? Maybe you guys can help me out before I take it to a mechanic.
First, my car squeaks, kind of like a lound long belt whine, but only after I rev the engine. The harder I rev the louder it squeaks, but it doesnt make any noise at idle.
Next, when I hit the gas in reverse, my car bucks and jumps like the rear end is all fucked up, but nothing like that in drive. I never drag race or really beat on it so I don't know what's wrong in the rear end, could it be jumping teeth?
Also, my front brakes squeak, but when I make a left turn it's a really bad squeal/grind and theres a groove in the driver's side front rotor. The rotors and pads are pretty new so I don't know whats going on with that.

the belt problem is more then likely your tensioner but you will wanna change the belt also if you change the tensioner
The rear end problem sounds to me like wheel hop.Stop flooring it in reverse
The brake problem sounds like its time for new pads and rotors

I was thinking it was wheel hop, but I don't even floor it for it to happen, just more than tapping the gas makes it do it. Oh well, the whole differential is rusted to hell I might just get a new one soon.
