i have a rattle

i have a rattle when i have weight in my backseat i have a pretty bad rattle....sometimes i can have 200lbs back there and it wont rattle and sometimes when i have a 100lb passenger in the back it will rattle....i know it has to be something suspensionwise or my axles or something...any ideas???

I really hate to be like this, but...its an F-body. My 95 TA had a rattle every now and then as well. I would personally check your hatch struts and latch. If this is not tight, IT WILL RATTLE. Weight in the back seat should not influence this though. But its a good start.
On another note, I heard a story about some guy who after tearing his entire BMW down found a glass coke bottle in the seat stuffing with a rock or 2 in it and a note that said "Finally found that rattle, huh? You rich bastard" lmao.
