bad plugs? opti?

bad plugs? opti? Sometimes when driving the RPM goes down almost all the way for like a second and the car hesitates, then goes back to normal... happens like almost once or twice during the day, soon as this happens the SES light comes on...
after i switch off the car, whenever i switch it on again the SES light is gone... car drives like normal.. any idea what this is? plugs need changing? Opti? any idea

might be the water pump leaking water into the opti when it gets warm.
usually ses lights go off, however the code is stored in the computer, id check the codes to see whats it says. seems like a slight misfire of somesort.
