No Hazzard lights

No Hazzard lights I tired to use my hazards today, they dont work. I can hear the chime in the car and if I look real closely at the taillights and front lights there is a very small and weak flash. the lightbulbs are fine all around.
What could be causing this?

Its got to be something electrical, I was thinking mabye the whole hazzard/turn signal solinoid or whatever its called could be out but my turn signals work fine.
This really sucks, I usually wouldnt care but my boss wants my to escort overloaded trucks and im in back with the hazzards on but now I have to drive the trucks
