There are two flashers:
* One is for the hazards
* The other is for he left/right signals
Turn on the hazards and look for any bulbs that are not flashing (that are supposed to flash) or flashing irreguarly. Inspect that bulb and its socket. Replace the bulb or clean off the socket's corrosion (which ever is needed). If all the bulbs appear to work properly, replace the signal flasher.

Hey this just happened to my Z the other day right before I put my clear corners in. One of my bulbs was burnt out in the front turn signals. The flashers worked when i put the 4 ways on but not when I used the turn signal. My Dad has a 02 WS6 and he is always going through turnsignals. I guess they had shitty wiring. He replaced both sockets. Everytime it gets wet out he looses one.
