Squeaking/Creaking after Inspection
OK so I took my car to the DMV to get inspected today, and as soon as I got back in the car put it in 1st and let the clutch out I noticed something squeaking whenever the car moved . I pulled into a parking spot to check it out, and it was the front right of the car making the noise when I pushed down on it, with it barely moving down a 1/8 inch it would creak. The squeaking was pretty loud at this point. Didn't see anything visibly wrong nor did I feel anything when driving so I drove it home. Now its not nearly as loud as it was but will still make it when I push down on the front of the car. I think it is definitely related to the suspension test they do, that vibrated the whole front of the car. My question is what the hell in the suspension is squeaking and how do I get rid of it.
Any input will be appreciated
oh by the way, suspension is completely stock with 40k miles

Every year, I have my suspension lubed. I have my mechanic lube the chassis, panhard/sway bars, the control arms & all the bushings.
This prvents my cars suspension from making all those wierd noises.
Mostly likely, your suspension just needed some TLC, and the DMV test was all it needed to start making the noises. It was just a matter of time before it started.
