ASR cuts on and off

ASR cuts on and off Anybody have this happen, my TC will cut on and off randomly and wont come back on till it's ready. Any ideas? It does not really bother me, just kinda weird how the "ASR OFF" light randomly pops on and off without me turning it off.
Sounds like a short to me, but I'm no electrician. Personally I just have my ASR unplugged in the engine bay. But that also has to do with my car not having a switch for ASR when I got it (Just a hole in the dash for the switch... wtf?
