wats causing this squeak
wats causing this squeak i hvae a 98 ss and i hvae tis squeak coming from my right front side i thought it ws my pads so i replace and that wasnt it.can it be my hub?it only squeaks on right turns like a highway ramp. driving front it barelys squeaks.wa can this be
I had a really annoying squeak out of the front of my car when I would turn also. I usually noticed it going slow around parking lots, but it may be related to the same thing. What finally fixed mine was replacing the front swaybar bushings and end links. I tried lubricating the old ones, but when I switched to polyurethane ones, the squeak went away. I don't know if this is the same problem as yours or not, but just my $0.02. Good luck, the squeaks in these cars are real pains to solve sometimes!

My car did that exact same thing you describe with your car.
I changed my pad's and had the Rotor's slow cut
I also used alot of Anti squeek compound
And it went away instantly
Did you have your rotors cut when you changed your pad's?
That's why i made sure i my rotor were slow cut instead of fast cut because i have heard the squeeking will come back or not go away with a fast cut
