Starter Problem?
When starting the car from cold the car starts right away, but if the engine is warm and i switch it off, whenever i switch on the engine takes a few seconds to turn...
any idea if this is a sign of a failing starter or something else? perhaps the battery (although the battery seems fine)

It sounds like the starter to me.
When it does it next time hold the key in the start position and have a friend tap the starter with a blunt tool and if it starts I would say starter. If this works it normally is the solinoid on the sarter that gets arcing marks on the disk that cause a bad connection.
It could be alot of things but the way this sounds I would have the starter tested.
