check engine light........ the check engine lights come on when i turn the key but not the engine. you know to like listen to music and what not... when the car is running their is no check engine light. is this just like a reminder thing to not drian your battery or is their actually some code?

god i hate idiot lights lol 
my driver side is burnt out and my passengwr has be to be raised and lowered manually. no sound whatsoever coming from it.
