Default strange noise when turning left

my 99 trans am makes this weird sound from the right front tire when i make left hand turns. the noise sounds like the propellor of a helicopter when it is slowing down. it has a definite radial patterened sound to it. i was thinking it might be that tire rubbing but it is the same size as all of the other tires. any ideas?

check for unusual wear on the tire wells but id have to say its something with ur brakes since its a sound that keeps repeating its not like a clunk of suspension

Mine does the same thing. Before and after new brakes and abutment clips. I have not been successful in tracking it down.
