Sputtering problem HELP!!!

Sputtering problem HELP!!! This only happens upon restart after my car is warm...
Well a couple weeks after my LT install and tune my car started this. It only sputters upon idle and take off shortly after until i get the rpms up some and drive. Then it drives fine until I shut it off (to get gas or food) and restart it warm. Then after a few seconds it idles rough down to around 3-400 rpm until I take off and drive a couple hundred feet then the power kicks in and drives perfectly fine until I shut it off again. If I start my car cold let it warm up its absolutley fine. It only does it when I restart it warm.
I changed the plugs and ran some injector cleaner throuhg it and nothing has changed. I checked the coil packs and plug wires and cant find anything. Im not getting ses code either. Im stumpped.

My car started doing something similar after I removed the AIR/EGR systems. I haven't had a chance to look into it yet, but I'm sure it's something in the tune. Have you done anything with either?
I also removed/disabled them from my tune, but there is something weird going on... hopefully someone can help identify, as I'm not sure when I will have a chance to diagnose our intermittent problem.
