hard steering Mabe some of you guys have had this problems. I was making a U turn. 
When i was turnig left i had the steering wheel cranked all the way so i could clear the curb. There was a belt squeal. When i got the vehicle straight forward I notice right away there was no power steering. It doesn't make any noise when turning it's just hard. I thought about trying a new pump first cause it's about the cheapest. But i'm afraid it may be in the rack. I appreciate any help. Thanks.

that was the first thing i checked i also notice some play in the pulley wasn't sure if that was normal so i think i will try a pump first since it's cheap and not really hard to do i will get let you know how it works out. Thanks
