Default Help with Idle problem

I was wondering if I could get a few suggestions on what could be going on? I bought a 2000 WS6 A4 a few weeks ago. It's got a lid, SLP headers, Flowmasters & a tune from Thunder Racing. Every now & then when sitting at a light the car will act like it's going to kill & then the RPM's will jump up & then go back to a normal idle. Also, sometimes when you take off slowly it will miss a little bit. If you give just a little gas it clears up. I will add that it was doing this before the tune & it only does it when the car has been driven awhile & it doesn't do it at every light. I would app any help are suggestions you can give me. Thanks!!

Pull the IAC valve off the throttle body and clean it with a good brake or carb cleaner.
