rear view mirror anyone know how to replace the mirror part only.i have a slight crack in it.i thought my insurance should replace it but they said nope

When you say "rearview" do you mean the interior rearview or the rear/sideview mirrios on the doors?
If you mean the interior one, I don't think there is any way to replace just the glass.

yes the interior one...how hard is it to take the wires out for the lighting and reinstall into another
