Default Loud bang

I have a 1998 Formula and over some bumps it sounds like the passenger side rear is bottoming out. I've read on here to check the lca and they weren't loose. The car got new shocks less than a year ago. Also the bump stop (I guess that's what you call it) on the frame above the axle is beat up pretty bad. I can't make the car repeat the noise in the drive way. Any other idea's. I'm getting ready to put on SFC and possibly new LCA and Pan bar. Anything else to consider.

not to be a jerk, but to just add one thing....check ur spare...they come lose and the reason i said it was that u said u cant repeat the noise...mine came loose one night and when id hit a bump, it sounded like something outside was hitting...and i couldnt make the sound when i got out of the car...
