very bad knock

very bad knock went to futral motorsports 2 satrurdays ago.. got the car tuned for a 125 shot... sprayed the car drove all the way back home to houma la which is 101 miles ran fine.. even raced a cobra on the way home.. blew the doors off it... 
any way.. started the car up sunday to go see my dad it was fine.... wen to work monday it was fine i babied the car those 2 days started it up tuesday heard a bad knocking noise from the top of the motor so i thought push rods called thunder racing ordered some push rods changed em all started the car up and still the same ****.. the car is running perfectly find.. no misses no pops no heistation... it sounds like a bent pushrod sound.. or a extremly mead xhaust leak and its neither does ne one have ne idea??? plz help me out on this one
