Default Electrical Question

My rear defroster doesnt work, when i push the button i can see the light (in the button) flicker for a split second. i checked the fuse (i think, it says defrost/seats) and its fine, i had a similar problem with my 96Z, except it would stay on for a little while.. like 30 seconds, and then it wouldnt work for another 5 minutes.. is there a relay somewhere?? wuts wrong??!

Should be a circuit breaker type fuse, but a lot have been replaced with a 30 AMP fuse when the defrost won't stay on. Seat working OK?

I think the switch has a built in timer, replaced mine to make it work right.
