Default Question on Foglight bulb replacement

I've got an '01 WS6, the passenger side foglight bulb has burned out (I usually leave them on during the day). I'm a NOOB to auto repair so I was just wondering how difficult it is to replace the foglights. Also, I live in an apartment building, but the car is garage kept, do I need to find a place to jack it up or can it be done from the ground?

I was also wondering if anyone had replaced their foglights with HID bulbs.

All ya have to do is turn the head lamps on and reach down behind them (tight fit) and replace them!I just us regular bulbs though!
