The only other thing I bought was 3/4" screws and nylon locknuts to use instead of the supplied hardware. Probably not necessary, that's just how I do things.

I plan on doing this same thing. To the best of my knowledge you will need the new power window mechanisms, wiring harness, and stock power window buttons.

The power window buttons can be found on ebay for pretty cheap.
