Whistle Noise

Whistle Noise About a week ago, I left a hangout spot doing a very little burnout. After that, at idle, My car would sit still, but when I started pressing the gas, it would start moving( at like 1500-2000 RPM). The car did feel slower though.
By the time I got home, the car was normal again.
I was coming home yesterday and when I let off the accelerator, it was losing speed like I was braking.I started to move the car in Reverse and Drive and I noticed that I hear a whistle noise as I press on the gas.My friend thinks that my brakes are dragging or my Master Cylinder is bad. I just wanna know could it be that my Brakes/Master Cylinder are bad, a Calipier is stuck, or something a whole lot worse.
