Default Replacing the window felt pads

both passenger and driver side windows have long scratches because the felt have worn out. How hard is it to replace the pads? do I have to take apart the inside door panels to get to them, or what?

thanks in advance.

The pads are right on top held with one bolt, you shouldnt even have to take the door panel off. I had to replace mine just recently, i think it took maybe 5 min to do em. Now i just gotta get my windows retinted cause of the shitty *** scratches left from the old pads.

Hmm, I don't see a way to get to the bolt w/o taking the panel off. Care to explain how ya did it? Thanks.
