First problems with SS

First problems with SS The car is losing electrical power. I know its the positive terminal, the 'washer' inside it is all corroded and its just not getting a connection. Where can I buy battery cables locally? O'Reilly doesnt list them on the site, autozone I only see Negitive type 1 wire lead. Anywhere short of a dealership? Im also getting a rattle from what sounds like the drivers side front of the car on starts and after revs. My dads 5.3 truck makes the exact same noise. I havent looked into it yet. Thinking a heatsheild or something. And im getting a chattering from the front of the engine, which is im guessing the tensioner, maybe some of the pulleys.Thanks,
