Default time to change plugs?

my ws6 is 5 years old, but only has 25,000 miles on it. Should I do plugs and wires? Would it perk it up more? I would be going with delco.

Wires are probably ok, but you should probably change the plugs. The little platinum discs on the factory plugs are probably gone by now (mine were at 40k miles), leaving your spark plug gaps pretty wide.

Nah, as long as none are damaged the stockers are fine unless you really feel like changing them. I would have left my stockers on but I ripped one removing it.....have msd's now and they work great!

I also used the AC Iridiums and Magnecor wires. I only changed the plugs because I didn't want them getting stuck- the car is low mileage and a '99. I used alot of anti seize, and they went in easy. It is a nasty job to get to the passenger side though!
