I have two guesses but I'm not sure. Either bearing noise in one of your pulleys or an exhaust leak. I hear it but its tough to say what it is.

Without even watching the video, I assume exhaust leak.


After watching the video, I still assume exhaust leak.

My car sounds like that sometimes and its the AN cap I have on the AIR line opeinings on the exhaust manifolds.
With the engine cold put soapy water all over the bolts (caps, plugs, whatever) that you have in the manifolds that the AIR pump lines used to go into. Start the car and see if if bubbles up. If it does then you just need to tighten them back down, if on maybe a manifold bolt has come loose or something but I will put money on the AIR plug bolts
