Default Window Motor...

I just installed a new window motor and let me tell you it looks like a lot of trouble when you first get in there but its like a 30 minute job...the hardest part is trying to get the door lock thing back in

I need to change my passenger side motor too...about the rivets, I know you need to drill holes to expose them to drill them out. How do you know where to drill the holes? I don't want to turn my door into swiss cheese figuring it out.
