Serious Help with an Electrical Problem. It started about a year and a half ago. The Radio kept shuting off and then comes back on and the Windows don't roll up and then they will. It is Intermittent and is annoying. I have replaced the component that is located near the center Firewall on the driver side; "Forgot whats its called", and checked the wire. Nothing! Anyone have this problem?

OK After some Soul Searching on here, I see a few people have had the same problem. The BCM seems to be the probem. How much is a BCM?
I've seen it under the dash but wasn't sure of what it was.
