I am taking mine to the dealer monday to have the mixtures and everything checked again. Mechanic didn't act like he wanted to see me again. I told him I wanted it checked before I through another cat on. Mine is so bad I haven't been able to drive it. I hope to get it to the dealer though.

Cats are 100% covered for 8yr/80k miles. I believe that's a federal mandate. You need to be sure it's your Cat, cuz if it isn't, then they will charge you the diagnostics fee, at the very least.
Try swapping your rear O2s. If the code still comes up on the pass side, then it's your cat. But if it jumps over to the driver side, then it's the sensor.

I was told it would not be covered under warranty because something messed it up. It was an aftermarket one at a muffler shop.

Well, if it's an aftermarket Cat, I wouldn't think a dealership would pick up the bill for it.

Pewterpower can you tell me what kind of idle issues you were having? I am curious if they are similar to mine.

I did a Seafoam treatment thru the brake booster hose, and a few days later threw a code. 0430 pass side.
I had gotten this code about a year ago, but had it cleared and it never came back.
I guess that is warning sign #1.
My guess is that something gunky got knocked loose and clogged that cat. My idle was becoming a little erratic, and kinda high.
I would clear the code, and it would come back later in the day.
I swapped O2 sensors to make sure it wasn't a faulty sensor, and it was definately the Cat.
I was sitting at 78,500 miles so I took it to the dealer right away, and it got replaced for free.
The car is running perfectly normal now, the idle issue is gone.

My idle is high like 950 rpms after it warms up. Sometimes it will come down to 750 rpms. The idle kind of goes in and out like it is gasping for air every so often. It is unpredictable what the idle will do and when. It will not hardly go up a hill either. I would say erratic idle would probably be a good description of what I have too. Thanks for your info. It helped me out alot.
