Default EGR not working

Hey I found out there is no vacuum after the EGR solenoid. And am I just suppose to take a multimeter and hook to the egr solenoid electrical connector to test power? It doesnt show any power. IS there a fuse I shoud check or what? And there is vacuum before but not after the solenoid.

thanks for the help

it would be simpler to take the emissions off unless u live in one of "those" states....you can even fab the parts yourself out of sheet metal no problem....fixing a part that honestly does nothing, isnt worth it unless you have to have it

alright if I delete my egr my car is a 95. Do I have to go and delete the code? My air pump screwed up on me so i just took it all out and left the fuse in. But with the egr what do i ahve to do? And what parts do I have to make. Making them is no problem just need a start what to make.

thanks
