After a 5hr road trip, my car is making a noise like its going to fall apart any second when im slowly turning the wheel like into a parking spot. It sounds like its coming from the wheels, should i be worried or take it to get checked out?

i think it has something to do w/ the wheels, it only makes the sound when im turning the wheel sorta

think of a squeaky door only this is alotttt deeper

this is a long shot but could it be you are low on power sterring fluid? im pretty sure you might hae checked all ready but just a suggestion.
