electrical problem
sometimes my car starts fine, other times its not soo good
when it starts fine, everythings good
but when it doesnt start, i have to start it in neutral and give it a little gas for a few seconds, then it drives fine
tried jumping it today when it wasnt starting good and it started right up
when its running and im stopped (at a stop sign for example) and i run the hvac or the rear defrost, the volts drop
i got a volt meter and tested all the fuses, the only one drawing any amps is the pwr accy (when the cars off of course)
i got my battery tested at autozone and its drawing 10amps and the guy said it should only be drawing 2amps (the car is off of course)
i will note that the positive terminal on the battery was all corroded, and i replaced that, but didnt seem to help at all
would it be worth it to just get a new battery, or is there a different way that they can test it? or should i just say screw it and take it somewhere to get it looked at?
