What does this light mean?

What does this light mean? when i left my friends place this mourning a red light at the top of the left side of the dash came on.....it looks like a box with an arrow at the top poiting down to like water or something wavy...i dont have my manual so could so one tell me what this is...soory if this is a stupid question .....

thanks for help..my washer fluid is fine...tho..hmmm..i just turned my car back on and the light didn't come on....but i still want to know what it means....thanks

Its the low coolant light. Mine stayed on for 2 years. Didn't have radiator problem tell just 3 weeks ago. Replaced radiator (150 bucks) and the 'low coolant sensor' (the sensor was 55 bucks
